I recently worked with Laura to sell my home on the east side of El Paso. First of all, Laura is a rockstar. When I first contacted her about my home, it was a low pressure, open conversation about my house. She described her track record of an average of 22 days on the market like it was no big deal.... like it happens all the time... like that is her standard for every property. And during a pandemic?? Crazy, right? Well- I'm living proof. She sold my house in less than 2 weeks of it being on the market BEFORE we ever got pictures taken of the interior. I live out of state and I really needed someone to take care of my house. She got access right away, took an inventory of what needed to be done to sell fast, talked with the rental managers all throughout so she can get to work, and we never looked back. She brought on her AMAZING contractor on to install carpeting, paint, do roof repairs... all the things we needed. She was honest and open about what I needed to do and was completely calm. She told me not to worry because she had total control. And she was. This experience was a complete pleasure and a joy because Laura is a pleasure and a joy. She also knows her stuff. The contract period to close was a little bumpy- she was aggressive in getting me information and keeping me updated every step of the way. I could seriously go on and on. I'll be recommending Laura to everyone I know! She's amazing!!!
