I highly recommend Laura Baca if you need to sell a home long distance. My brother lives in California and I live in Michigan and we were selling my mother's house after she passed away in El Paso, Texas, three different states, three different time zones. Having to sell a home thousands of miles away during a pandemic was no easy task, but with Laura's , immediate and made it go very smoothly, even though we had some bumps along the way and some snafus at closing with the Title Co., it could have been much worse had it not been for Laura's professionalism, flexibility and diligence, she got the job done beautifully!
