She gave us sound advice about what to expect when selling our house, and then she delivered. We had an especially hard situation of trying to sell a house with tenants in it, with one-year remaining on their lease. Laura helped us every step of the way and her expertise helped us to sell the house very quickly at the price we wanted. When things didn't go as expected, she assured us that everything was ok and confidently showed us how to overcome the hurdles.
